1st thing:Guides File
For those that have not pass up their guides file to either Sharon or me please give it to us by THE FIRST MEETING when school reopens. If not you all will not get the badge.
` The things that are wanted in the guides file are posted below refer to 30 August post.

Those that haven't hand up PLEASE hand up.
Just to let you all know, the next time you have to hand up is when CCA stops for End Of Year.


2nd thing: GRADUATION DAY
is on 25 September, Friday.
We will be ushering parents to their seats in the hall.
It starts at around 4pm and we will be ON DUTY until everything is over.
Refreshments will be provided for us.
Attire on that day will be full-u.

Only the Sec 1s can go unless there is not enough sec 1s, Sec 1s please volunteer yourselves and tell me.If not i will have to pick. But you have to be very sure because that will be the time it is near exam.

Also, you are preferred to have the following:
1) Courage to talk to the parents.
2) Being prepared -Know how the seating arrangement is like and be prepared that parents will come to you and ask you where their seats are.
3) Having a smile!- You have to talk to the parents with a smile to show that you aren't rude!

All these details I will brief you all as the date comes closer.

As for how you will be ushering, in pairs etc. I will tell you all too. BE PREPARED to be doing solo ushering, meaning working by yourself.

This ushering can be useful to you and the school, by ushering and leading parents, you are making contributionsto the school. To some of us that are shy, you may learn to open up to strangers and help them. Having more courage and speaking confidently. Try to challenge yourself.

If you want to back out, please tell me by this coming Sunday, (13/9) remember what i said on top and take note of it. ESP being prepared to work alone.
