6 July 2010 Guides Meeting
Time: 3.30pm-6.30pm.
*Be ready by 3.25pm*
Attire: full-U
*PURE WHITE SOCKS AND SHOES*
*Those who need help in tying hair etc please be there earlier*
*Leave the tables at the auditorium alone. All bags on the floor.*
SEC 2S:
- Try to be there earlier and help the Sec 1s.
-Bring your guides file&whatever write-ups that have not been submitted (e.g) Local History,Dental Health Badge This is to ensure that everyone gets their badges on time.
-PLs/PS PLEASE read up on the HORSESHOE FORMATION IN THE GUIDE HANDBOOK.
- If you can, all Sec 2s please meet ME at 3.15pm at the wooden table.
