1. SANA Course (Anti-Drug and Inhalant Abuse Badge Scheme) 
Date: 22 June 2012
Time: 9am to 5pm
Venue: Sengkang Community Centre - Transport is NOT provided.
 COMPULSORY for ALL Sec2s and Sec3s who have not attended.
 Submit names to YanTing by end of this week, 1/6.

2. Civil Defence Course 
Date: 11 June 2012
Time: 9am to 5pm
Venue: Bukit Batok Fire Station - Transport is provided.
Optional. Only open to Sec2s and 3s.
 Submit names and coy to YanTing by Wednesday night.

3. East Division Jamboree 
Date: 30 June 2012
Time: 8.30am to 4.30pm
Venue: Changkat Changi Secondary School
Morning session: 9am to 12pm (1 outdoor/indoor activity)
Lunch: 12pm to 1pm (catered)
Afternoon session: 2pm to 4pm (1 outdoor/indoor activity)
Each guide will be able to sign up for ONE outdoor and ONE indoor activity only.
If you do not wish to sign up for an Outdoor activity, you may sign up for TWO indoor activities.
For each Outdoor activity, guides/school will bear the respective cost.
Allocation is on first come first served basis.

OA2. Bowling (30pax) Venue: Hougang Cost: $23/Guide
OA3. Snow City (1 hour play + 1 hour team building) (60pax) Venue: Snow City Cost: $16/Guide
Submit names, coy, activity interested in to YanTing by end of next week, 8/6.

 4. Mess tins
Submit orders to Yanting by Wednesday night.
Any late orders will not be entertained.

5. Solid fuel cooking for Camp: 
Note to PLs Patrol Leaders have to keep the original receipt in order to claim the money from the teachers. Condiments will not be provided. However, please liaise with the other PLs about who will buy which type of condiment so as to avoid wastage.

6. Cleaning of tents
All sec 3s have to come back to school to clean the tents on Thursday, 31 May 2012 . Bring along wipes. Those who do not have remedial, please come at ard 8am so we can finish earlier.
