Guides Meeting, 16/04/13
Time : 3:30PM - 6:30PM
Venue : Quadrangle
Attire : Sec 1s - Blue polo tee with guides skirt (belt, whistle and penknife.
           Sec 2 & 3s -Black coy tee with guides skirt, belt, whistle and penknife.
           *With PE shorts underneath

3:30 - 3:45PM Roll Call
3:45 - 5:00PM Proficiency badge (Hibiscus in-charge)
                             Sec 1 & 2s - Craft badge (Basket making) 
                          Sec 3s - Speaker badge
5:00 - 6:15PM Foot drill
6:15 - 6:30PM Horseshoe, debrief, TAPS, Guides cheer

THINGS TO BRING: 
Sec 1s - Newspapers to make the basket, stapler, colour pens/markers/pencils for decoration etc. 
Sec 2s - Straws AND newspapers to make the basket, stapler, colour pens/markers/pencils for decoration etc.



NOTE:
  1. This coming Tuesday [16/04/13], will be the last Guides meeting and CCA will only resume on 21 May due to mid-year examinations. 
  2. The combined UG buffet has been postponed to a later date.
