Guides meeting, 2/7/13
Time: 3:30PM - 6:30PM
Venue: Assemble at quadrangle
Attire: Sec 1 - Blue polo tee with guides skirt + belt, whistle & penknife
          Sec 2 & 3 - Black coy tee with guides skirt + belt, whistle & penknife 
          (All with PE shorts underneath)

3:30PM - 3:45PM: Roll call & briefing
3:45PM - 6:15PM: Sec 1s & 2s - Entertainers badge
                              Sec 3s - Speakers badge & WAAGGS
6:15PM - 6:30PM: Horseshoe, TAPs, debrief & guides cheer.

REMINDER: 

  1. All Sec 1s and Herqi are to pay $11 to Umairah tomorrow morning.
  2. Bring guides handbook.
