Guides Meeting, 30/7/13
Time: 3:30PM - 5:30PM
Venue: Quadrangle
Attire: PE shirt with school skirt (PE shorts underneath)
Things to bring: Sec 1s: Markers, A4 papers, guides handbook & completed straw basket
Sec 2s: Thumbdrives, pencil case, A4 paper & colourful pens or markers
Sec 3s: Guides handbook, writing materials, A4 papers
3:30pm – 3:45pm: Roll call + briefing
3:45pm – 4:45pm: Sec 1s – Community Module 1
Sec 2s – Local History
Sec 3s – Community Module 3
4:45pm – 5:15pm: East division day preparation
5:15pm – 5:30pm: Horseshoe + TAPs + debrief + guides cheer
*Note: there will be a full-uniform check on Tuesday. All of you are required to bring your full-u for checking, but you no need to wear it, just bring it. The cover MUST be white/translucent, hangers and pegs blue in colour. If you don't have a white/translucent cover, you can go to IKEA to purchase it.:)
