ANNOUNCEMENTS
 
Hey guides! Do take note that East Division day is coming up on the 24th of August. Every guide is to take part in one competition for East Division day. Here are the competitions:
 
1)Dance- "Dance with love"
-Every coy can only send in 1 team to participate (maximum 10 members)
 
2)Cheerleading competition- "Cheer for love"
-Each coy can only send 1 team to participate. Each team must consist of a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 members.
 
3)Dessert making competition- "Serving with love"
-Each coy is allowed to send only 1 team. Maximum number of participants in each team is 2.
 
4)Fashion show-"Fashion love"
-Each coy is allowed to send only 1 team. Maximum number of participants in each team is 2.
 
5)Choral/instrumental competition- "Music with love"
-Each coy can only send in 1 team. Each team to consist of 5-8 members.
 
6) Recycled toy competition- "Lovely Dolly"
-Each coy is allowed to send only 1 team. Maximum number of participants in each team is 2.
 
7)Scrapbook making competition- "Love for others"
-Each coy is allowed to send only 1 team. Maximum number of participants is 3.
 
8)Funfair- Activity/product/ game booths.( only if there are guides without a competition to take part in)
 
 
All guides MUST take part in one competition. Once you have decided on what competition you want to take part, please inform your PLs or PS by THIS COMING MONDAY. We will spending the last 45 minutes or so during the next guides meeting (6/08/13) on the preparation of the East Division day as there is not much time left.
 
*Take note:
-If you haven't inform your PL on what competition you want to take part, we will just slot you into any competition that is available.
-Not all guides might be able to take part in their desired competition as there is a limit to how many guides for one competition.
-DON'T take part in one competition in cliques. We want to see a mix in levels for every competition or we will split you up.
 
Also, Please hand up ALL your cookies money by next Tuesday latest as the cookies will be given out on Wednesday. Hand in the cookie form and money to Miss Jamilah in an envelope to keep the money safe!:)
