The proposal template for all guides meeting looks like this.
Those in charge of the activities must inform the leaders your names by the next day (latest) so that we can forward the document to you. Please follow the format given before emailing the document to the leaders/teachers. Also, those in-charge must hand in the proposal to the leaders by Friday on that week itself so that we can update the blog the next day.
For those in-charge of next week's proposal, 4/2/14, please inform the names by today and submit the proposal by Saturday. I suggest those not celebrating CNY to be in-charge this week.
