Meeting 18/02/14
Attire: Black coy tee with guides skirt (belt+ whistle and penknife)
Venue: Quadrangle
3.30-3.45pm: Roll call + debrief
3.45-5.00pm: Five point programme:
Sec 2s: First aid.
Things needed: Handbook and writing materials
Sec 3s: Cooking badge
Things needed: Bring your own food items if it is not provided
Sec 4s: report to computer lab.
5.00-6.00pm: DIY toy-making.
Things needed: decorative materials (buttons, needles and thread etc)
6.00-6.15pm: Reflection
Things needed: Bring an A4 exercise book
6.15-6.30pm: TAPS, guides cheer
*There will not be any WTD prep as the allocation of performance and booth is not out yet.
Remember to sell your carnival tickets!:)
