ANNOUNCEMENTS

 

Meeting 04/03/14

Attire: Black coy tee with guides skirt (belt+ whistle and penknife)

Venue: Quadrangle

3.30 - 3.45pm: Roll call + debrief

3.45 4:00pm: Short introduction + allocation of patrols

4:00pm – 5:00pm: KIM’s game

Kim’s Game

One Senior from each patrol would handle a station;

•
Taste will be done by Hibiscus [Kai Yun & Celine]

(Guides will be blindfolded and will have to taste different foods and guess what it is)

•
Hearing will be done by Oriole [Mardiah & Afrani]

(Guides will line up and pass a message from person to person, delivering it from the first person to the last)

•
Sight will be done by Sunflower and Kingfisher [Safira& Pei Ling]

(Guides will have to look for badges and their names around the station and match them accordingly)

•
Smell will be done by Orchid and Dove [Naziah &Khalisah]
•
Touch will be done by Ixora and Mynah [Wee Hsuan &AnnJee]

(Objects will be put into different boxes for each Guide to feel and guess what it is)

Note:

Each station master can allocate a maximum of 10 points for the game itself. Extra points can be added according to the enthusiasm and participation of each person.

5:00pm – 6:15pm: Sec 1s, 3s and 4s – sing-along session + briefing by teachers

​​    Sec 2s – 5point

6:15pm – 6:30pm: TAPs + horseshoe + guides cheers
